Prenatal Support

Our prenatal support begins the moment we connect. We'll meet with you to discuss your birth preferences, answer questions, and provide evidence-based information to help you make informed decisions.

Birth Support

Continuous support during labor and birth is our specialty. We'll be by your side, providing physical comfort, emotional encouragement, and advocacy for your wishes.

What's Included:

✓ Continuous labor support from active labor through birth
✓ Comfort measures and positioning techniques
✓ Emotional support and encouragement
✓ Partner support and guidance
✓ Communication with medical team
✓ Support for first 1-2 hours after birth

Includes prenatal and one postpartum visit

Postpartum Care

The postpartum period is a time of adjustment and healing. Our postpartum doulas provide nurturing support to help you recover, bond with your baby, and adjust to life with a newborn.

What's Included:

✓ Breastfeeding and lactation support
✓ Emotional support and postpartum mood screening
✓ Light household tasks and meal preparation
✓ Sibling support and family adjustment

Birth Education

Knowledge is power. Our comprehensive childbirth education classes prepare you with the information and skills needed for a confident birth experience.
